In my assessment, the team would not be capable with further reinforcement in ideas and labor. My team needed an addition of staff that supports and assists each other. To ensure vibrant in the performance balance is vital and bringing together a team that holds much potential of convincing those that are of the countering opinion. Furthermore, this will ensure that the team connect quickly and promotes overall understanding. I broadly value the importance of an all-inclusive team in the deliberation process. A balanced team allows in any exercise that all points of view to be evaluated. As a team player, I vividly recognize my weakness of being indecisiveness in that it takes a long time to determine members due to the possible lack of cohesion and understanding among the team members.

In my recruitment process, the members had to hold a convincing background of working on team projects. He or she had to express a great understanding of teamwork importance. During the interview recruitment if the member was able to communicate broadly using terms such as, we accomplished this goal, the team incorporated and we were happy with the outcome then he gets an automatic recruitment. The particular main objective of any leader especially in an organization is to sustain and Increase the productivity. The form of leadership that help the individuals in charge to establish morale among the team members. The aspect of morale and important motivation to the employees is essential in the employee retention.

The relationship between the employer and the worker always remain fundamental to the success of any particular business entity. Thus selecting a style of leadership is fundamental. It is practically impossible for any particular leadership style to be cohesive with all the given workplace situations in a business entity. The whole idea is to be able to establish the variance and establish a task force of highly skilled and committed employees that would end up expressing their full potential. This is because they emphasize on creating an environment that employees of different skill levels. The effectiveness of this style will depend on the degree of leadership style and the readiness of the current followers.

Leadership also for any particular organization to be sufficiently productive remains essential to maintain the right composition. The personality of an individual will profoundly determine the style of leadership that an individual decides to embark. Personally, my leadership skills have gradually been cultivated from back when I was among the student leaders in university to date as head of company networking. My experience has made me understand that good leadership style should be bold enough to adjust the style involved to fit or match the individual needs, be keen in recognizing previous mistakes and adjusting on the implementation of the leadership style.

A form of leadership that leader remains flexible and using the favorable style to repair the given business development level has proven easily adaptable and efficient in different situations. This involves leadership style manipulated with the knowledge and skills of the followers in any organization. Mainly this style of leadership gives the freedom for one to be in a position to place less or more emphasis on the task. Ken Blanchard stated is his observation he said that the situation leaders will always tend to pick between directive behavior and the supportive behavior. A situation leader is one that can sway from one style of leadership to another depending on the paradigm involved.

Moreover, Mahatma Gandhi as my mentor stated that previously leadership indicated muscles and power but in the current paradigm leadership stands for getting along with people. In my administration, I concentrate mainly on establishing the variance and as a result a task force of highly skilled and committed employees that would end up expressing their full potential. The task force emphasizes on creating an environment that employees of different skill levels. However, the effectiveness of this style will depend on the degree of leadership style and the readiness of the current followers.
